A rare sparkling wine aged for 24 months beneath the Adriatic Sea — refined by depth, shaped by pressure, and crafted for those who appreciate quiet elegance.
Origin : Marne Valley, Champagne, France
Grape Varieties : 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay
Vintage : 2016
Tasting Note : This is very intense and full flavoured Champagne with a floral bouquet and aromas of red berries. It is rich and round with notes of hazelnut and red fruit with a long length.
Food Pairing : Perfect to be served with white meat or fish.

Winery : The Autréau Family have been involved in growing grapes and producing Champagne since 1670. Based in the picturesque village of Champillon, near Epernay. The current generation, led by Eric Autreau, maintain the family tradition of producing quality Champagnes from the best grapes from both their own vineyards and those they source on long term contracts from all the best villages in the region. All their wines are produced and aged in their cellars on the edge of the village overlooking the regions best vineyards on the slopes of the Montagne de Rheims and with views of the Abbey at Hautvilliers, the Marne valley and the historic City of Epernay. Champagne is eternal, it is passed on year after year, generation after generation in a perpetual quest for excellence.
